Description: Once your hazardous material has been classified and packaged, you have to somehow identify the contents of that package. Identification is achieved through markings, label, and placard. Each of these methods communicates important information to anyone who must handle that package, whether it is your loading crew, the transportation company, or potentially even emergency responders.
Usability: This is an asynchronous course. Your browser should be IE 5.5+ or Netscape 6+ with cookies and JavaScript enabled. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print Certificates of Completion. You will also require the Flash plug-in. Flash and Acrobat Reader are pre-installed in most computers. |
